Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust will hold its Annual Members' Meeting at Paignton Library on Wednesday, September 30, from 3pm.

Questions can be submitted in advance by emailing the Trust's communications team with "AMM question" in the subject line.

Members of the public will also be able to submit questions during the meeting, with an opportunity to ask questions from the floor if time allows.

Questions covering similar subjects may be grouped together, while responses to all questions received will be published on the Trust's website following the meeting.

The meeting will provide an opportunity to look back at the Trust's performance during the 2025/26 financial year.

It will include presentations of the Trust's annual report and accounts, the auditors' report and reflections from the Lead Governor.

The meeting is a formal requirement for NHS foundation trusts, and members of the public can attend in person on the first floor of Paignton Library or watch online. People wanting to attend online can email the Trust's foundation trust team for joining details.

A free community health and wellbeing event will also take place at Paignton Library on the same day, from 2pm to 4pm.

The event, on the ground floor, will bring together NHS teams, community organisations and other partners to provide information, advice and support.

Visitors will be able to find out more about services including the Harbour frailty service, Torbay Carers Service, Talkworks, community services, NHS screening programmes and the Torbay Sensory Team.

Information will also be available on healthy ageing, oral health, NHS Health Checks and support available in local communities.

The Trust is also inviting people to take part in neighbourhood conversations about the future of health and care services across Torbay and South Devon.

The small-group discussions will look at how services could provide more joined-up and personalised support closer to people's homes. People can register for a neighbourhood conversation through the Trust's Annual Members' Meeting webpage.
