A NORFOLK man faces three charges of driving in Totnes while over the drug-drive limit.
Jake Darren-Shanks, aged 23, of Rigstead, Hunstanton, Norfolk, faces charges of driving a Mercedes C200 at Punchards Down, Totnes, while over the 71 mcgs limit for BZE; over the limit of 96 mcgs for Ketamine; and over the limit of 2.3 for Delta-9 – THC.
South and West Devon Magistrates' Court adjourned the case to August 9.
