There’s an opportunity to stand to become a Town Councillor in Ivybridge East.

Nomination papers must be hand delivered to the Returning Officer at Follaton House in Totnes by 4pm on Friday February 18.

Anyone wanting to stand must call 01803 861419 or e-mail [email protected] to make an appointment as the offices are closed to the public.

If the election is contested the poll will take place on Thursday March 17.

If want to vote and are not already on the electoral role you must apply to register to vote by 12 midnight on Tuesday March 1.
