DARTMOUTH AFC secured a second victory of the 2025/26 Devon Football League season on Saturday, September 20.

They welcomed Fremington to the South Hams and sent them packing empty-handed, winning the fixture 2-0.

Toby Lee netted both goals for the Darts and was awarded the player of the match award alongside Ryan O’Callaghan, the latter earning the plaudits because his “organisation and ball distribution were superb throughout.”

Having started the campaign with four defeats on the bounce, conceding 12 goals and scoring just two in the process, they seem to be back on track now.

September began with a Devon Premier Cup success, edging out Elmore on penalties after the two teams scored three apiece in normal time.

Home wins in the league over Plymouth Marjon and Fremington have since followed with Dartmouth now looking to continue this momentum and work their way up the DFL table.
