I would like to put David Leonard’s mind at rest with regards to the provision of physiotherapy at the new Health and Well-being Centre, Chronicle, November 25.

Indeed, X-ray and the minor injuries unit as we knew it at the hospital will be moved

to Totnes, but we will have ­physiotherapy at the centre.

Dartmouth Hospital League of Friends is supporting this new venture and has been working with the Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust, the South Devon and Torbay Clinical Commissioning Group, Dartmouth Caring and other agencies to ensure we get the very best deal possible for the people of Dartmouth and are not short-changed.
