Kingsbridge Movies on the Square will air the final movie in its series this Friday.
Since the Friday film bonanza was announced, residents from Kingsbridge have turned out en masse to enjoy some select cinema classics provided to them by the Town Council.
Despite the dismal weather last weekend, residents proved they are made of ’harder stuff’ and turned up to watch the 2016 remake of the classic novel turned film, The Swallows and the Amazons.
This weekend will be the last of the four open-air films to premiere in the Town Square, with the screening of Disney’s iconic film, The Lion King.
Rated U, the screening starts at 8.30 pm this evening, ushering in the perfect start to the bank holiday weekend.
Limited seating is available, so bring your own just in case.
