A DRINK-rider was caught in Nelson Road, Dartmouth.
Joseph Robert Collins, age 33, of no fixed home, changed his plea to guilty of driving a Suzuki while over the limit. He gave a reading of 99 mcgs of alcohol in 99 mls of breath. The limit is 35 mcgs.
He also changed his plea to guilty of riding while not covered by insurance.
He was remanded on unconditional bail to appear before Newton Abbot Magistrates’ Court on September 4.
