Plans are afoot to celebrate the first 40 years of Woolwell.

The event will be held on June 15 at the Woolwell Centre.

It’s a joint project with Woolwell in Bloom and will feature a display and treasure hunt with a prize for everyone (likely to be a vegetable plant or a flowering plant).

The first residents arrived in 1984.
