Liberal Democrat candidate Julian Brazil has won the Kingsbridge division in the Devon County Council elections.

The full result was as follows:

Julian Brazil - Liberal Democrat - 2,265 votes

Gerrie Messer - Labour - 306 votes

Joshua Gardner - Conservative - 1, 845 votes
