I missed Kingsbridge, after having spent time in Germany looking after my mother and father, it is good to be back.

One not so good thing – in Germany no-one uses loud machinery in their gardens from lunch on Saturday to Monday morning..

That way, we can all have peaceful weekends.

I wish people in England would do this, not so by law, but because we would like our neighbours to have a quiet time in their gardens.

I am wondering what the readers think of this?
