A LOST Dartmouth cat had an emotional reunion with his owner – after a 100-mile car trip up the M5 to Bristol. Billy, the adventurous one-eyed cat, has probably used up the majority of his nine lives over the years. But his latest escapade left his owner feeling it was the end of the line of his antics. When the 17-year-old ginger tom went missing from his Dartmouth home, a heartbroken Anita Moore had almost given up hope of ever seeing him again. Then nine days later a lucky sighting by neighbours living just under a mile away has led to his return – in Clifton, Bristol. Anita had put up posters in the town and placed an advertisement in the Chronicle after Billy, who suffers from a medical eye condition and is on steroids, disappeared from his home in Church Road.
