ANNETTE ROSSER, of Crowthers Hill, Dartmouth, writes: Dartmouth was visited for the first time by General Sir Richard Barrons and 96 new naval officers and their families attended Britannia Royal Naval Collge for the passing-out parade, so they may have bought a copy of the Dartmouth Chronicle. With these facts in mind, how come you gave over the front page, plus extra space on page three – and printed the whining letter from a middle-aged male resident of Kingswear? The former local lad Master-at-Arms Richard 'Ted' Heath gets a nice write up but it is on page 12 we read – in less than one full column – that it was BRNC's 'most prestigious' parade of the year. Who would have guessed from the front page?
