Does anyone fancy a festive tour of the newly refurbished Guildhall?

Next week on Thursday, December 13, the town council is inviting people for a festive tour with mulled wine and mince pies around the newly refurbished historic building between 2pm and 7pm.

A warm welcome will await you here at the Guildhall, which is the home of Dartmouth Town Council and is situated in the heart of historic Dartmouth.

Come and have a look around and see the completed work: all of the rooms have been redecorated and restored and are now ready to take bookings for your special event, whether that is a celebration, a party, a wedding, a conference or a meeting.

The Guildhall is not just about our Ballroom; even though this is an amazing space and has certainly seen some fantastic events over the years.

Did you know the Guildhall offers three other rooms available for hire at very favourable rates including the Mayors Parlour which is perfect for a small meeting or gathering.

Plus the Council Chambers which has been restored to its former glory and the Clifton Room which has a kitchenette and provides a great space for a small celebration or conference meeting. This room has disabled access, as has our Ballroom.

The building now has a modern commercial kitchen, with full changing room facilities and is fully licensed for civil ceremonies.

All of the spaces can be set up to any requirement, just ask for details from the council’s friendly staff. The perfect location for every occasion.
