I'd like to thank the fairweek committee for a fantastic week, having always lived in Kingsbridge it's a time for me to catch up with people who come home most years and to join in with the events. The only criticism I have is what's happened to the floral dance? This year I decided to forgo the Euchre evening and take my grand-daughter in the floral dance.

As your picture showed last week it is utter chaos, what happened to parents walking by the side of their children as they danced down the town, it felt to me like I was in a shopping centre being shoved along with the crowd, it's such a shame as this tradition has obviously changed and not for the better.
