As residents it does our hearts good to see the Dartmouth Food Festival achieving such high standards.

Those spectators attending the various shows could notice the vast amount of work the presenters had put in towards making it a great success again.

Congratulations to the chairman David Jones, his committee, sponsors and suppliers, plus the team of volunteers who worked their stations diligently and with a smile, so it all came together happily with excellence.

The retailers of the town will have received a boost to their turnover, likewise the park and ride which appeared to be full to capacity.

All together a great weekend for the town.
