COUNCIL tax payers could end up propping up Dartmouth’s cash-strapped tourist inform­ation centre.

Dartmouth Town Council has been asked to consider a request for funding from the TIC of up to £30,000 in a wish list for additional expenditure for 2016/17.

The council is due to set its spending for the coming year at a meeting on Mon­day, December 7, when it is expected to announce a budget of £188,094 for the next financial year.
