Dart RNLI rescued three people on a powerboat with engine failure on Bank Holiday Monday.
On Monday, August 28th, the RNLI Dart D class lifeboat was tasked by the Coastguard to 3 people on board a 25ft sports boat, ‘Sundancer’, with engine failure. She was adrift near Scabbacombe Head, in Start Bay, two and a half miles east of Dartmouth.
The boat was taken in tow to Dartmouth Harbour and berthed at the Dartmouth Yacht Club pontoon.
