WRITING a swear word in wet rendering on a building in Dartmouth has cost a man almost £900.
Matthew Jonathan Foxwell, 48, of Newcomen Court, Oxford Street, Dartmouth, admitted writing ’That’s b*****ks’ on a neighbouring building being renovated by S Tozer Construction.
Torquay magistrates this afternoon fined Foxwell £280 and ordered him to pay £500 compensation, £85 court costs and a £30 victim surcharge.
