Dartmouth ladies

Who would have thought that the ladies would be playing their fun competition on Tuesday after the awful weather that descended over the weekend? But nine holes were completed and it turned out to be a lovely day. 

12 ladies turned out, weather proof and course proof, the scores were not too bad either, with the winner Tina Scanlan playing a good round and scoring 18. 

On countback, Jan Cousins was second to Alison White, who both scored 15 points in the stableford competition. 

It has to be said that the green staff of Dartmouth Golf and Country Club have had a massive task on their hands dealing with the recent weather conditions and all the members and players do appreciate what they do and wish to thank them for it.
