Members of Dartmouth Shotokan Karate Club took part in a recent training and grading session with Andy Sherry, eighth dan, the chairman and chief instructor to the Karate Union of Great Britain.
All the students were successful in passing their grading, obtaining the following grades: Freya Bradley passed ninth kyu – orange belt; Mike Jackson passed eighth kyu – red belt; Jessica Brock passed seventh kyu – yellow belt and Adam Denley passed sixth kyu – green belt.
