Visitors to The Old Market were serenaded on Monday as three-piece travelling Americana band A Different Thread pitched up and busked.

A Different Thread, made up of travelling singer-songwriter Robert Jackson from the West Midlands on the guitar, harmonica and vocals, Issac Collier from Yorkshire on the cello, and Alicia Best from North Carolina USA on the violin and vocals, turned up to play to people in the Old Market on Monday lunchtime.

They will be back for the Dart Music Festival and will be at the Royal Castle Hotel tonight, Monday, April 10, from 8pm.Click the video below to watch them perform "Red is the Rose".
