I found Mr Anstey's letter last week rather confusing.

The whole idea of the recent Devon county traffic order was to allow extra parking in Dartmouth and particularly near the community hospital.

The order made parking easier in the periods of November to Easter, removing the current no restrictions. At times we have had cars that have not moved for weeks if not months.

The original proposal stopped this, allowing easier parking for shops and businesses and the visiting of patients in the hospital.
