While the Olympic spirit grows across the world, the South Hams have been awarded two silvers and a bronze at the South West Tourism Excellence Awards.
Oversteps House at South Sands in Salcombe was announced as a finalist after winning its Silver award at the 2017 Devon Tourism Awards in November.
The award was presented at a black-tie award ceremony at The Riviera Centre in Torquay on Thursday, February 1, attended by around 400 industry professionals.
The South Hams was very well presented with three winners including Kingsbridge Tourist Information Centre, Salcombe Harbour Hotel and Oversteps House.
The Kingsbridge Tourist Information Centre won silver in the Visitor Information Service of the Year category and Salcombe Harbour Hotel was also awarded with silver in the Large Hotel of the Year competition.
There were 647 entries across the South West from the Isles of Scilly to as far as Gloucestershire and Wiltshire.
