Today, we revisit the story of the capsized French trawler St Christophe I, with the chairman of the Dart Harbour Navigation Authority, Neil Hockaday, telling town councillors there were still unanswered questions. His meeting with councillors took place just hours after the authority announced harbour master Rob Giles’ resignation.
Our picture is from Monday’s memorial service to the men who lost their lives in the D-Day landings – with more pictures and the full story inside.
Other stories we highlight on the front page are a judge’s criticism of the ’drinking culture’ in the Royal Navy, after an officer was cleared of raping a cadet at the BRNC.
Also, we flag up a story inside about MP Sarah Wollaston’s U-turn over the European Union referendum.
As ever, there’s much, much more inside.
