Councillor Steve Smith warned Dartmouth Town Council that, as of Monday, June 12th, Guinness Trust would have two large units parked in the car park of Townstal Community Hall as they begin the refurbishment of their properties on the estate with new kitchen units.

He said: “Traffic use will be a lot more on Davis Road and Ivatt Road and the traffic will be quite large vehicles. Please be careful as there will be a lot movement in that area and it will go on for 6 to 8 weeks.”
