Our narrow roads in this area cause many holdups especially in the summer months.

One of the black spots is the bends at Oddicombe House on the road between Frogmore and Chillington.

When one approaches these bends it is with much trepidation that the 93 bus or a large caravan will be coming towards you. The hold ups as drivers argue who should reverse are famous.

Wing mirrors are often lost and unfortunately lives have been lost.

How wonderful now to find that traffic lights have been installed even though only temporarily.

For the last two weeks they have worked perfectly, no major hold ups and no clashes of wing mirrors or tempers.

Please could they become a permanent.
