Readers will be aware from recent articles of the work of the Dartmouth Food Bank. Its work is vitally important for a number of families in the town in the present difficult economic circumstances.

The Rotary Club of Dartmouth together with the churches, other local charities and agencies, have supported its work, and would like to put on public record its thanks to Dawn Shepherd and her helpers for the initiative they showed in setting up the Food Bank and for their on-going care in seeing that families in difficulties get the help they need.
