STORM Jake caused minor damage to properties in Dartmouth on Wednesday morning.

A 71.4mph gust was recorded at the National Coastwatch station at Froward Point .

Inland, a large tree came down by the entrance to Sandquay Woods and blocked the road at Old Mill Lane.

Slates were also reported falling from the roof of the community hospital in Mansion House Street, Dartmouth.
