I would like to give my support to Sainsbury's at Dartmouth which for the last year has supported the Sea Cadets as its charity of the year.

The store has raised much- needed funds to send young cadets on offshore training vessels. It has raised money for the unit by doing car boot sales, quiz and bingo nights, plus many more activities.

A berth on the offshore fleet cost £250 per individual.

This store only deserves the highest praise and I will continue to shop there.
