THE British brig-rigged tall ship Stavros S Niarchos added to life on the Dartmouth regatta waterfront on Wednesday evening.

The vessel, owned and operated by the Tall Ships Youth Trust, made an overall stop off in port before setting sail again at 8.30am on Thursday.

Everyone gets involved aboard the sail training ship where you are

a member of a large crew detailed into one of the three watches that operate the ship, manning the ropes, taking the helm and keeping a look-out.

Based in Portsmouth, the Stavros S Niarchos cruises the south coast of England, Europe, the Canary Islands, Azores and Caribbean.
