CHILLS and thrills could be had at Townstal Hall, Dartmouth, on Wednesday.

Toddlers dressed as ghosts, witches and skeletons and made pumpkins at a spooky Halloween fun afternoon.

The Children’s Centre event included a bouncy castle, ball pool and soft play, plus crafts and games.
