Sunshine again smiled on the Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta yesterday, as crowds flocked to see entertainment throughout the day.

Among the highlights was the local rowing.

We don’t have the official results yet but here are the winning ladies with their cups, photographed by reader Colin McCrae.

Among the visitors was MP Sarah Wollaston, who took a keen interest in the cannons.

Other events taking place around the town included bowls, musical entertainment and there were plenty of stalls to interest visitors.
