I understand we are about to lose some 200 winter parking places in the lower part of the town.

Has anyone any idea where we will be able to park or, as in the summer, will it be a case of motorised musical chairs?

I understand Devon County Council are expecting an influx of shoppers and visitors to the town during the winter months. Could someone confirm this, so that we can stock up.

The whole ludicrous scheme would be highly comical, if it were not so important to the residents and those who come into the town to work.

Shame on you Devon County Council!
