Regarding the letter 'Inform yourself of all the facts', from S Betty of Dartmouth, in last week's paper, I and others have been with Dartmouth In bloom for many years and have always strived hard for our beautiful town.

There is no question that all the committee are still doing the same – that is everyone wants to make things good for Dartmouth.

Just stop all this misunderstanding and lack of communication and strive to help, please.

Dartmouth in Bloom is for the town and its people. We need support, not this evil nonsence. Let everyone pull together for our beautiful town.

I would also like to say that Dartmouth has been in the national competition twice before and had a silver gilt award the last time entered – not as it was written in the paper.

Please all pull together and make it good for 2013.
