At midday on June 3,we parked our car in Morrisons car park for about 30 minutes. On our return we found a car had reversed into the rear of our car causing £300 plus amount of damage.

The person concerned had departed quickly without leaving any identification.

I have had a lot of dealings with Morrisons management and they said they would not install the CCTV and notices in the public car park as I had suggested, even though they agreed the car park was small.

They said that we were the only people to have had this type of accident.

We have since come across many people who have been hit by another car without the culprit leaving their name.

After so many weeks of Morrisons doing nothing I contacted the paper and they have taken up the case. This has shaken up Morrisons and I have heard from them that they are looking in to installing a CCTV system.

Many, many thanks to the paper.
