Pam Braakenburg, chairman of Dart Music Festival, writes:

I am writing to say thank you to Sgt Iain Simons who has now left Dartmouth.

Iain has been a great help in making the music festival a success over the last few years. He was always available to discuss any problems we had over policing matters.

Iain and his wife, Fiona, even took part in and won, our fundraising event, Strictly Come Dancing.

We shall miss Iain and look forward to meeting his successor.
