CLLR Tessa de Galleani, Dartmouth Town Council, writes:

Following the announcement that Dartmouth's town clerk, Chris Horan, is to take early retirement, I should like to thank him for the many years of service he has given to our town.

He has consistently given his legal and financial expertise to Dartmouth's various groups and organisations with enormous respect and generosity.

On a personal level, Chris has given me invaluable advice and support during my years as chairman of the chamber of trade, and now as a comparatively new councillor.

I will miss his knowledge and his courtesy, and send him my very best wishes for the future.
