Here we go again – parking.

How can we lose any more of our parking to restrictions? It can only compound the problems, not resolve them.

I was shocked and amazed at the amount of roads that were for restriction in Dartmouth, Townstal and Kingswear. Where are residents, businesses, trades that need to use their vehicles regularly, going to park their vehicles? How can we, as residents, only park for maximum of between two and four hours when we have to park outside of where we live? Signs around the town are so small you can't read them.

Residents, businesses and other traders will find these restrictions impossible.

We only have until September 20 to write our objections to the County Solicitor, Ref. IMR/BO9699, Devon County Council, County Hall, Topsham Road, Exeter, EX2 4QD.

If we don't complain we will lose more spaces to signs and yellow lines.

As a resident of our town, I am totally opposed to these parking restrictions. If we don't want to lose any more parking we must complain.

If we don't complain we will not be able to park outside of where we live.
