'Larger than life' Cllr Rob Lyon is the new mayor of Dartmouth. He was sworn in at a traditional ceremony attended by almost 120 guests, including a number of ex-mayors, at the Guildhall on Monda. Cllr Lyon said the future for Dartmouth would not be without ambition, but it was the people who lived and worked in the town that made a real difference. 'Dartmouth is such a beautiful place,' he said. 'We all love it so much and we all work together in harmony and respect for each other.'
