A 59-year-old man is due to appear in court next week accused of a fraud offence connected to Dartmouth's Inn Theatre Company.

Kevin Hannafee is due before magistrates at Newton Abbot on Tuesday next week where he is accused of occupying a position of company secretary with the theatre company and abusing that position to fraudulently acquire £7,500.
