ERT CRANMER, of M/S Ellanore, Dartmouth, writes:

Jim Bunting's brave letter in last week's paper, which was critical of the Dart harbour authority, represents the tip of an iceberg.

There are a number of very unhappy and angry river users.

Many would like to air their complaints but feel constrained to do so for fear of victimisation.

May I suggest that people write in confidence to the chairman of Dart Harbour, voicing their concerns which may then be discussed by the chairman and the board.

Writing in confidence should avoid any possible comebacks against those with complaints.
