A Bigbury Net Zero spokesperson said: "We are the last generation to be able to make a difference in time to avoid catastrophic changes to life on earth because of the global warming our lifestyles and businesses have unwittingly caused since the industrial revolution.
"We need communities, businesses and governments to to reduce emissions now and prevent global warming from going above 1.5 deg C by 2030. That’s only eight years from now! Urgent action is needed."
