IT was a nail biting finish in the Happy Families local rowing on Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta Friday. The Langman crew took an early lead only for Evie to catch a crab and fall backwards. But she recovered well and the blue boat of Evie,Phil and Charley, the cox,held their position to win the race over Tracy, David and Lona, cox, Sharman in the white boat.
