KINGSWEAR teenager Megan Felton, 15, has once again proved she is at the top of her game by scooping the 'Pupil of the Year' award at her judo club.

Megan, who travels to Paignton and Newton Abbot for training, has medalled at every local and national competition entered this year and is just one step from reaching her black belt.

Steven Walter, who has taught Megan for the last eight years, said: 'It is not just Megan's competitive success that impresses, but also her approach to her whole judo.

'Her enthusiasm, dedication and commitment to achieving the very best from herself are an inspiration and great example to others and she deserves a lot of credit.'
