The family of Ben Sewell have paid tribute to the 'loving' young man whose shock death while driving a dumper truck at a recycling centre has left the town of Dartmouth stunned.
The 30-year-old was working at DB Skips and Dittisham Recycling Centre just outside the village when he was killed in an accident last Friday afternoon.
The dumper truck Ben was driving has been taken away by police for examination.
His death has left Dartmouth in mourning. On Saturday, more than 30 people gathered in Royal Avenue Gardens to send off Chinese lanterns over the Dart in his memory.
And the Market House Inn in the town, where Ben was a regular customer, cancelled its band night out of respect.
Ben had been living with his parents Paul and Johanna in Seymour Drive, Dartmouth, at the time of his death.
