UP to six new directors are needed to sit on the Dartmouth Business Improvement District.

A spokesman for the BID’s board said this week: ‘The BID board consists of volunteers from the BID levy payers and they help represent levy payers interests.

‘At our AGM in March, we will be looking to strengthen the board by appointing new directors who will be voted in by the members.

‘If you support the BID, believe in the fundamental principle, can spare a few hours each month and would like to help deliver the business plan, please consider applying.

‘We could consider up to six new directors and we are particularly looking for representation from members who are in the retail or accommodation sectors.’
