Kevin Pyne, of Lake Street, Dartmouth, writes: The Royal Navy has always done something a little light- hearted and a bit daft pre-passing out from its beautiful training home above the Dart, Hokey Cokey at 6am is no jokey, Chronicle, May 9. In fact, you could say that it's almost expected and traditional. And, for myself, I think that we as a town can put up with it just the once, even if it was a bit early. We all of us know that the young people at the naval college train long and hard and then go off to defend us or to fly our helicopters in wars zones the world over. Surely there is a little room for a bit of fun while they are still safe here in Dartmouth.
