Two teenage men have been charged following an incident at the Glanvilles Mill car park in Ivybridge on Sunday 6 February.
Both men were charged with Actual Bodily Harm and Affray.
The two teenagers were arrested in South Brent early on the morning of February 10.
They were taken to Charles Cross custody suite in Plymouth for questioning. Evidence gathered includes mobile phone footage and witness statements.
