Dartmouth's junior golfers have been teeing up for a successful season.
The seven-strong Dartmouth Golf and Country Club West Devon Junior League Squad aged 12 to 15 years took the top spot in League A with victories over Bigbury and a draw with Wrangaton, while just losing out to Thurlestone in the league final.
At the championships finals at Stover Golf Club they were victorious over strong favourites Yelverton in round one before meeting local rivals Wrangaton in the final.
The result of this match was decided after a play off down the 18th, with Dartmouth claiming the trophy.
In a separate event the competitions for the Junior Graham Trophy and the Junior White were played out at the Dartmouth Golf and Country Club.
The Graham Trophy played over 18 holes was not as well supported as had been hoped.
The winner was Jaime Kearny, with Sammy Knight in second place.
The Junior White Trophy was played over 18 holes on the championship course, which was won by the newly elected junior vice captain Lorna Elliot with 36 points.
Second place went to junior captain Harry Lord and Joe Turner was third.
The trophies and replicas were presented to Jaime and Lorna by Graham and Allison White, the sponsors of the trophies, in the clubhouse.
