THREE businesses are due to appear before Plymouth magistrates tomorrow, Friday, for non payment of their Dartmouth Business Improvement District levy.

A spokesman for the collecting agent South Hams Council said five businesses had been summonsed, and to date three of those have paid. There is also one adjournment from the December hearing.

The court session starts at 2pm.
